During our consultation, I will take the time to learn more about your love story, what you envision for your day, and begin a rough timeline. Once I understand exactly what you are looking for in a wedding planner or coordinator, I will share more about my services and what I believe would be the best fit. Depending on the service you are interested in, most consultations last an hour to an hour and a half. I offer both video and in person options! In person?!? Coffee or snack, on me!
Once we have our initial consultation, I save your date a week to give you time to make a decision. If your heart is set on booking my team and I, I will send over a proposal that you will sign. This proposal includes a contract, the rough timeline we created, and a payment scheduled. Once the proposal is signed, a 30% deposit is required as the final step in booking. Contract signed + deposit submitted = YOUR DATE IS SAVED!
